It started with a single room. For our deep-green guest room at the Château, Anna carved her first lino cut: an enveloping rose garden in the spirit of the Arts and Crafts movement, with climbing roses winding from floor to ceiling.

Now the roses have found a lighter mood. This new edition comes in pastel blue, sage green and soft antique rose, each printed in a warm, creamy off-white. Quiet and timeless, the colourways let the hand-drawn detail speak, and bring a garden-like calm to bedrooms, sitting rooms, hallways and bathrooms alike.

The papers are surface printed in the North of England on machines more than a century old. Engraved rollers lay down the colour wet-in-wet, so every roll carries the soft, painterly texture of a print made by hand.
