The Rose Collection began with my very first design at the Château. Walking among the roses, I filled pages with drawings of climbing stems and open blooms, and from those sketches came the lino cut that started it all.

For the scarves, I wanted to carry that feeling of an enveloping rose garden into something you can wear. I made new drawings, hand painted and tried colour combinations, adjusting and starting again, until each scarf felt as alive as the roses that inspired it.

To bring them to life, I went back to the company we worked with during my years as a designer at Balmain. It led us to Italy, to artisans who work with the finest silk twill we could find, and who print and hand-finish each piece with incredible care.

One scarf is all it takes to change a look, knotted at the neck, tied in your hair or simply thrown over the shoulders. For us, these scarves are quiet luxury: simple, beautiful things made properly, meant to last for years.
